    Well worth it. Great game.

    • yeah its ok for a bit of fun. bad reviews but decent graphics. gameplay not too far off GT series really.

      • Reviews are for the original release, the game has been seriously enhance since then.

      • Bad reviews? They weren't that bad? Anyways if this console generation has taught me anything it's that the gaming media in general is rather full of it.
Gameplay not too far off GT? They're nothing alike except for the fact you drive cars.

FYI you can pickup a pre-owned hard copy from JB for $19. The game is also in EB's 3 for $45 ($15 average).

Neither stores include the season pass though.

If you buy a pre-owned copy, don't you miss some DLC with Drive Club?

      • I'd assume so. I wasn't stating it was a better deal, but more for reference. $30 for the full game and season pass is a great price.

Really great game, the best graphics and immersion of any console racer, only let down is some slightly understeery physics, it's still the most fun you can have with a racer on console atm imo.

    • No, best racer on PS4 is Project Cars by a landslide. This is worth every cent of that $30 though and is a fun arcade racer.

      • each to their own.

      • Project cars is more realistic, but Driveclub is the better game, just my opinion, I'm sure there are people in both camps.

        • Yeah I know, just saying my opinion is different. I used to agee with you but then I started playing PCars recently with the new 3.0 update and a wheel. It's unbelievable, like Driveclub it was a game that was released too early and judged (rightfully) upon those existing parameters. The thing is they have both been well supported and have improved massively.

        • Good to hear Pcars is improving with updates, Driveclub wouldn't be what it is today without it's updates.

        • i like the point to point racing ala test drive, especially through nice scenery.

i actually liked test drive unlimited 2 as well, cruising around ibiza!

  • Should be fairly obvious from the name but you actually need to be on PS Plus in order to purchase this.

    • On that, it says you keep it forever. I haven't activated my free 2 weeks trial of PSPlus yet. If I get the game during the trial and don't pay to continue the membership, do I still get to keep the game? I'm not worried about multiplayer atm, no time.

      • Yes, any discounted game purchases you make while a PS+ member you get top keep for ever.
