Anybody can confirm it works? I looked at my app and promotion and it does not show this promotion. Last thing I would like to do is order and don't get the 25% off.

i'd make sure your order total has been reduced by 25% before you pay for it.
Ok, tried it on Oporto Brisbane CBD at Myer building. The cashier had to ask the manager and he accepted the discount but it does not look like it is known promo.
i just got the email about it today so perhaps word from hq takes its time getting around :\

Failed to work and the cashier and manager refused to refund the money when we showed receipt that it didnt work. Only after 10 minutes of arguing and the threat of refunding the whole order did they even do a refund. They claimed they are not responsible and that they couldn't refund (a total lie).

fwiw, the Mirrabooka WA store gave me some grief when they had the $2 Bondi burgers and i used my $5 sign-up credit. my order total was actually $9 but the manager there acted like i was bleeding them dry and tried [too late] to deny my use of the $5 credit.
based on that experience, i'd advise people to avoid that store, especially if you're trying to use your credit there
This is a head office failure, most store had not been inform about this promotional voucher.
DFO Homebush. It's not the first time Oporto has done things like this. They also always forget the sauces when buying Chicken for example.
Yep I used my Oporto rewards at that store as well and the manager looked pretty pissed off. Not to mention they always try to rip me off by giving me a small drink with my large meal.
think i'll change my advice to just avoid that Mirrabooka store full stop!
i preferred when that place was a red rooster..decent service, and didn't whinge about coupons even if they were in black & white
I'm always worried something like that might happen so I'm reluctant to use coupons.
why worry? it's not as if you're ripping them off or doing something criminal.
it's just a matter of being assertive, like auna was, and checking that they're charging you correctly.
Received the email today, and redeemed it with no issues. Though, the coupon wasn't applied straight away, I did have to mention that there should be a 25% discount.
Cashier did something on the screen, found out how to apply it and no problems!

I had a Bondi burger from there a few weeks ago and it was terrible, a $2 chicken & mayo from Maccas was like eating at a 5 star resturant compared to it. Not to mention, half the price.
Grr. Just realised the 25% wasn't applied to my lunch (via eBanking). Negged for that.
