  If you have a fair bit of stock to sell its easier to create a batch for a day and print a new ticket, rather than RTC each label when you sell, there might be more with the seafood stores near the carpark…this is why your not seeing this in the catalogue OP

    My local Coles is defrosted. Not sure about Woolworths but I think they do the same thing

        The ticket will say fresh or frozen on it. Salmon is never frozen at Woolies unless its in the freezer.
        It will also be store specific, so only at Forest Hill.

  Then it shouldn't be labelled as fresh - as defrosted it should not be frozen again for food safety

  Why can't they label it that's it's defrosted - this is misleading - let's see if someone from the " fresh food people " gets back on this
