I remember "Forever Free" being a rallying cry against the commercialization of mods by Bethesda/Steam. You see the logo on some Nexus Skyrim pages.

Great! I was always reluctant to buy this game because I figured I'd never play it for fear of being scared out of my mind. Now I have an excuse not to play it - my gigantic backlog!
Not as scary as people say. Just an FPS with some supernatural/religious overtones (some people find that scary I guess).
You want a genuinely unsettling, jumpy game, play PT, the playable teaser for the now cancelled Silent Hills game on PS4!

@Meconium: Yep. In an act of stupidity and video game culture vandalism, Konami had the title pulled from the PS Store. If you had it on a system, you can still play it but otherwise you're out of luck.
