  Not the smartest offer, since you make it obvious upfront how 'orribly expensive are your 'investment tools'. Just think, for $1 more you could have said "first month free" and might even have had a few prepared to pay for a second month after you'd reeled them in.

  The website clearly states the price of each of the options….

  I guess its up to the community to determine if the first month for $1 represents a bargain… the data services seems like it would be useful for someone in the space.

  It's a good deal in comparison to a normal 21 day trial. I've used the service and I'm not a huge fan but some people will definitely see value here.
