Polaroid Z2300 at BigW for $90

How much do they normally sell it for?

    • Still sell $298 at officeworks, its expensive for their film but instant photo and you can preview it and choose before you print. That's the good thing maybe.

      • and you can preview it and choose before you print.

So it's a digital photo, not an optical one then?

Might say that it is digital with printer

  • Now that is cheap!
Was looking to buy on recently and cheapest I could find was just under $200

  • Cool… but whoa, the 'Instant Film' sheets to suit look to be about $1.30 each and they're only 50x75mm! Spensive… but I suppose it's the only way to get an instant print from a small all-in-one device.

I own one of these - Don't expect the best quality from the camera. You gotta be pretty still and it needs adequate amount of light for it not to blur. What i have done though is taken pics from camera, put the SD card in the polaroid and then printed from it! (kinda defeats the all in one feature though)

Easier to just buy a proper Dye-sublimation photo printer like a Canon Selphy…

You'll get one for about $100. The media is cheaper (potentially <50c per print) than the polaroid, and much larger (6x4").

The image quality is basically the same as you get from a proper photo lab, glossy, very vibrant and crisp (not inkjet blurry).

You need to see the image quality that these things produce to understand :-)

      • Yeah man, Totally agree with you. I wouldn't have bought it if i knew the camera was so bad and just went with something like what you posted. :(

        • It's not that bad for me for $90 when I did a bit of setup on the camera. But will not buy this if the price was rrp at $298 for sure.

        • @ppwap: Yeah, got it for around 140 ish second hand haha. this was like a year ago or something. its just collecting dust now =(

  • This review says it's not as good as fujifilm instax. Pictures look washed out in comparison:

  • Price match the film at officeworks with Digital camera warehouse and end up with paying $26.60 for 30 so it is 90cents/sheet.

Not bad if you like retro feel pic but cant expect a clear photo.

  • None at Macquarie Centre when I checked there. I'll try Top Ryde later today
