update: You need to have an EA account (or Origin account) to access

Register for your chance to join the Closed Beta and help us prepare for the release of Need for Speed in November 2015. The purpose of the Closed Beta is to perform a number of technical tests that will help the team at Ghost Games as they continue the development of the game.

Once you have registered for your chance to join the Need for Speed Closed Beta, if you are selected to participate, you will receive a confirmation email with more details. Space is limited so we may not be able to accept all players who register.

The Closed Beta will take place in October 2015, exact dates will be provided in the instruction email you will receive if you are selected to participate.

Registration for the Need for Speed Closed Beta ends on Monday 28th Sept 2015 at 10am CEST. After this date you will no longer be able to register.

    It's funny. EA usually make you buy the game on launch before they start their beta experience. Then 2 years later you get the finished game, 1 year after that they close the online servers.

      theres also no paid dlc atm and theyve delayed the game too cause it wasn't optimized/ready.

    Apparently i have an account. No idea when or how or whatever. God damn it brings my piss to a boil how every single thing needs an account now even to play a bloody game from the disc.

      You must have logged into EA previously and it has remembered your details. When I first tried it, it asked for my log in. When I now go to it, it takes me directly to the next page.

      To check it, open the link in a private browsing window and when you click the button it will prompt you to log in.

      Also, this is more of a competition as it states many times that you only may be selected to participate in the beta.

    Everytime you Beta Test a game, a QA tester loses his wings, and the greedy publishers glee in excitement about the money they have saved not going the professional route XD

          Yea but a QA tester gets paid alot more that the rrp for a game, beta testers are essentially a free alternative to professional testers
