On Reddit they say their website is getting hammered, I imagine many thousands are downloading this and it can't take it. Might have to try a later date.

you need to redeem the key on STEAM so far as I know, not on yoyo games' website.
It doesn't come with a steam key immediately. You have to wait 14 days and then you can go through the recover process to obtain a steam key. The key that you do get needs to be entered into the Gamemaker program. You get that by going to the Gamemaker website and clicking the download icon next to where it says buy.

I got the bundle anyway but I'm still in the queue so I can find out for myself. I'm wondering if you pay the pro version, does it still come with the IOS plugin?
Nope unfortunately, pro only comes with Windows desktop, Windows App (ie Win8 app), Mac, and Ubuntu Linux.
I am really very tempted to buy this and the RPG maker bundle from BundleStars
