Never tried this CT-18 stuff before, but would it be too "harsh" on car paints seeing as it is meant for trucks?

No not at all, its pH neutral. Truck grade means its more effective at emulsifying dirt, bugs and grime.
I use this stuff on everything, not just cars. Works great shot out from a pressure gun.
IF you car is waxed/sealed, i wouldnt use this as it might take it out. This stuff is more for cleaning everyday cars rather than show cars.
Theres also CT20 wash & wax but sadly its not ozbargainable.
It will strip wax off the car but wont harm the paint, I only use it if the cars are filthy and when I'll polish and/or wax them after.
Woulf this be good for a quad bike and what ratio to dilute

Not too harsh on the skin?Never had any problems with my hands after washing cars/vans/trucks with it for hours but I still wouldn't rub it on my junk.
It burns when you get it in your eyes.
