I'm trying to buy something online that shows the price as 20% off, but it comes up with the full price in my shopping cart. Is that because it's "Store stock only" and the discount isn't available if buying online?
Appears to be working online provided you are BCF member and logged in.
All sorted now after a call. I newly registered, and had to log in, log out, and log back in again for the price to be updated.

They could have you in their system. I made purchase last time, in store, and they had my details so my transaction went through even without my club card on hand…
Problem is i never give real name details for these kinds of cards.
Followed the login/logout trick above and was able to finalise the sale online with the club discount.
