      It will work just like any drive you put into an enclosure.

      SATA/Power cables are the same. But there are some cases better suited to SSD devices

      Yes it can, but be sure to get a case with a good USB controller as there are notable differences in speed depending on the USB controller.

      Make sure you get a case that supports UASP. For me the difference for read went from 180MB/s (no UASP support) to 380MB/s (UASP support).

      It will be my first time using them, I personally don't like them because they half-assedly support Australian customers in that many of the highly discounted items no longer exist once you change the store to Australia or the coupon won't be valid any more. And the shipping costs are much higher than Amazon for larger purchases.

      yeah but I'd go for a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB which you can get for roughly $250 locally.
