You can only use it once. Have u used it before? Was your order total excluding shipping over $100.

I used it last week and paid with a westpac card.
Make sure there are no spaces before or after the promo code before you submit it

Beware all sales are final and they don't give refunds, store credits or exchanges. They are not like ASOS where you can shop with confidence. I got a suit that was ridiculously over sized and they will not provide any support. If your in the same situation, please lodge a complaint to the ACCC and/or request for dispute bank charge back. Its no better than online scamming site
I got store credit last time. You have to pay for postage though, so i wouldn't exactly say "shop with confidence" but its not the end of the world
