Hoselink Trigger Nozzles - Worth It?

Over the years I've spent way too much money on cheap to mid range Trigger Nozzles and they all just seem to make the simple task of watering plants an exercise in frustration.

I noticed the recent Hoselink listing https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/210616 and wanted to know what people thought of these ones compared to the old "ned kelly" version of the product.

Anyone have any experiences? Is the newer style as good as the older Ned Kelly or is it worth waiting until they come on sale or am I better off with another product ?

Any advice appreciated. I want to believe these products are as good as the reviews but I am sceptical about some of the reviews on the hoselink site. I mean honestly have 76 people felt that compelled to leave a review about a generic padlock to secure the hose reel? https://www.hoselink.com.au/buy/padlock/3340?pgnum=5

    Agreed, all of our hoselink products are good quality and we are happy with them.

    The Ned Kelly ones look more like the sprayer that we are used to does anyone have any thoughts on the new ones that are on sale under the current promotion? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/210616

    My front and back yard are fitted with Hoselink as I have been converting from conventional hose and fittings to Hoselink products over the last 3 years. The products are really that good and have lasted well. And their range has expanded over time, also. The reason there is so many comments is the company provides incentives for customers to leave a rating / comment for each individual product purchased, but can be rated as 1 - 5 stars.
    I reckon, start small with a starter connector pack when they are on sale and work your way up if you love it. I'm hooked on their products. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the info. Makes sense regarding the amount of feedback that is left on the site. Think I will start looking further into this. Hope it doesn't become a hobby like collecting eneloop batteries!!
