To be fair, the testamurs are generally not A4 size which is irritating because of the need for a specific non-store frame.
Let me rephrase that - the testamurs are not standard sized paper such as A4, A3, etc. A3 is as close as it gets but they're still different.
A3 = 29.7 cm x 42.0 cm
Melbourne Uni certificate = 26.5 cm x 40.05 cm

Truthfully, you can find better frames than these ones. Check out Jackson Frames for example. My uni uses frames from these guys. IMO they look much much nicer.
