This user account was previously very active and is now totally inactive due to the way that this company responded to her posting a negative review online. She had posted it because the company was unwilling to assist her in a meaningful way to address the complaints she had.
I think the response showed poor customer service. There are makeup companies out there with good products who also provide good service.
