    I bought a budgo usb bluetooth audio streamer off ebay and plugged it into my Yamaha sound system. Its good but my phone needs to pretty much be on top of the bluetooth adapter for it to work.

    Whats the range on this?

    Reliable 20-meter line-of-sight range

    Does that mean I would still need to keep the phone in the same room?

    Phone is a LG G3.

      20 meters. 15 meters if not in line of sight.

      I have this in a bedroom upstairs and can still connect to it in the living hall downstairs. So it has to penetrate a few walls and the floor… which is pretty good.

    I'm looking for something like this for my car. Can anyone recommend a receiver? I don't want to get some crappy eBay special that drops out or breaks after a day or two.
