  • Gotta love SanDisk MicroSD memory cards :)

  • +1

On the website, it is so misleading about the shipping and handling time, where it states 2 to 3 working days.

It is actually closer to three to four weeks (as OP stated). I still haven't got mine after nearly 3 weeks.

    • +1

      Maybe spelling mistake .
      Days —> weeks

    • +1

haven't got mine too from the last deal :(

      • they updated the shipping time to 8 to 15 working days on the website.

    • yep still waiting on mine for this deal:
      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/212795
ordered 26th Sept, apparently dispatched on 3rd Oct… maybe it's being delivered by snail.

    • With so many memory card deals happening regularly on OB, there is no reason to buy from Shopping Square unless it is from their Australian warehouse. By the time your item arrive, you would have already bought and received another new card from one of the local sellers (Shopping Express, PCByte, Futu etc.)

    • It took forever to get my last microSD order. I don't have exact dates, but it was about 4weeks.

The shipping times are really misleading. It says something like "processing" or "handling" time is 7days, but then later somewhere else it says actual "shipping" time is a couple of weeks.

      • i just got mine today.

  • What's the difference between this and the SanDisk 32GB Extreme Plus MicroSD 80MBs $20 deal from yesterday?

    • +4

The writing and reading speed of extreme plus is much more stable than this one.
However, there is no different if you are going to use it in mobile phone.

Looks like it's boosting sales for a reason http://www.engadget.com/2015/10/13/sandisk-explores-sale/

      works for me, mate.
hit the "update qty" button after putting in the code.

      • Hitting "Return" does not apply the code.
This is without a doubt the worse website ever.

It does intact work after hitting "update quantity". AFTER entering the code.

        • +1

          Also works for me

        • @Astro551: Maybe it's safari..

        • @mitchins: Haha well I'm using Edge if that's any help. For once Microsoft did something right

        • +1

@Astro551: @Sage, you got it right "hit the "update qty" button after putting in the code." no idea how you figured it out worked for me too!

        • @mitchins: What a douche, down votes a good post because of his own ignorance smh.

        • @HuntsmanII: It would have been useful information to prevent people wasting time. When entering a code, hitting return makes a page flash and reload, but the price doesn't update until you hit an unrelated function called "update quantity" I'd say it would be useful information.

Typically when a website has a coupon box, I expect it to work.

The vote is revoked which I would have done anyway.

  • Can TA top this off?

    • Surely by looking at TA's past record.

  • +1

No arse in coupon code. No deal.

    lol

    • DaaC (DaaC's arse alternative Coupon)

  • Come on tightarse we are all counting on ya

    • yes

photographer in me says if I was you I would get a SD(HC/XD) card, not a microSD with a SD adapter (this deal).

ozbargainer in me says go for it

      • +2

I use 64GB microSD card with adapter on my Canon 70D and had no problem with burst mode :)

  • The good part of this deal is no limit of 1 pp

The bad part is it's not as good at the $20 deal posted the other day

The good part is for most applications we may not need the extra performance anyway (phones, dashcams etc)

    I think I'll buy 4 :)

  • Could be better if it was from the Sydney warehouse. Don't want to wait for weeks to get the stock before you sometimes even forget. Will pass.
