Good one OP. It was $165 at the start of the promotion and seems like TGG drop the price :)

No discount for the small wrist band! Still $165

Was $111 during the recent dse sale, but still a good deal nonetheless

    • Yikes I must had missed out!

I did missed out a lot last sale. Now summing up I have to pay another 10-15 dollars more for a few items in total.

  • Might just want to mention thats for the "Large Black HR" in the title the rest are still $165.
"I see it's in the description at least"

  • I didn't post but I did buy one… when it was $165. Paid $125 after 20% and Cash Rewards so still happy with the price.

  • Just a word of warning for Fibit buyers.

I have the Charge (non-HR) and my GF has the Charge HR. My battery life is just shy of 2 weeks, hers is more like 3-4 days. Mine is about a month older then hers and both are only about 3-4 months old.

So if you want a long battery life, dont get a HR.

makes sense since it has a hr monitor on all the time. I've been getting around 3-4 days, but it doesn't bother me much since it fully charges in less than an hour from an usb port

Things that require more battery to use more features actually use more battery? Groundbreaking! Who would have thought?

      • The HR is also thicker, its also a massive not a small difference.

  • I'm new to the fitbit but I am looking at the Surge and Charge but having a tough time deciding my activities are:

    Yoga - Hot
    Gym - Weights / Cardio
    Tennis - Singles / Doubles
    Riding Mountain Bike
Running / Walking on street and in bush occasionally

Based on that do you think I'm better off with the surge due to its multi sports mode or the Charge will be sufficient as I really want something that will accurately measure my activity and sleep

    Thanks

    • Get a Surge. I regret buying the Charge HR as I thought I wont use the GPS feature.
Now I think I want it so I can track my runs [although I run the same track everyday :) ]

  • I just wonder what people were doing or using 3yrs ago when there wasnt any fitbit or wearable devices?
    :)

    • I actually had a Garmin watch with chest strap I actually still have it but don't use it was only good I found for running but when playing tennis it would move around to much due to your body movements and not detect my heart rate. Overall it was good to have and import the data to PC then look at a graph of your workout and calories burned was really beneficial HIIT training as you could easily see what you heart rate was elevated to.

  • Literally just bought this yesterday from TGG with the coupon for $130 ($165 Orig) bummer…..

  • Just picked up my order from Good Guys Narre Warren. Opening it up after i get home and realized once opening it up that its missing the charger and the wireless sync dongle which it says is included on the box. Wth?! I live in the city and this is such an inconvenience. Any advice?

    • what charger?

      • the usb charger.. haha ok my bad. The box is pretty deceiving. Found it tucked away in a little corner of the box :p to make matters worse I called and told them that my box didnt come with a charger. After a couple of mins discussing next options she asks who served me and when I gave her the name she said there is no one by that name working in that store. Turns out I called Dicksmith instead of Good Guys by accident.. lol… i need to sort my s$#t out :p

  • Thanks! Just got a large one. My left wrist measured at small but my right measured at large… Hope it fits

  • Anyone had Firmware update issues?
