Don't know but I agree that you still have to pay first to get in somewhere. Same as a concert, movie, gaming room etc.
Actually it's not free because they make me pay for it with my motorcycle registration and I'm not even there to get the coffee!
Although it is a better use of the money they force us to pay than those ads which just insult the riders that pay for them.
