No. Only way to get a Steam copy is to buy through Steam
BTW OP, the best price for this game on PC is $38.99 AUD, but your deal is probably the best available at the moment.
While that was the cheapest it has ever been, it was only for a few hours before they locked it down to Brazil only, even with a VPN you couldn't buy it.
I purchased when it was a pre-order for $57 AUD, pretty sure this is the first time it has ever dropped below that price legitimately. Pretty good buy plus it seems all the hackers got kicked (or at the very least I haven't seen any in ages). Which is a shame really as it no longer rains money from the skies. Once I logged in and the entire city was replaced with Aliens shooting at strippers, both sides had machine guns and couldn't be killed. Best day ever.
