lol at the price of PS4 version. It's a bargain to buy a game from the PSN store for the price it's sold instores on it's release day about 1 year ago.

Yeah, its been $99 on au psn since release. About time we got a discount of $32.03 :)

    • Best sellers never drop in price. Just like Digital copies of CoD Modern Warfare that is still being sold at full RRP :P

      • Yeah, it's amusing. It's like PSN don't know about being competitive with other retailers. I guess suckers must pay RRP if they're able to sell it, and they make money from physical sales anyway.
Just preying on suckers who will buy at RRP (Kinda like n00bs who don't realise there are stores other than EB, or that they can price match at EB, so just pay RRP)

        • haha. Not to mention it is digital so they have no worries about holding inventory. Every sale is like extra for the physical copies that they sold to the suppliers already.

  • Cheaper at ozgameshop marginally for a physical copy, pretty ordinary price, got it at this price at launch from EB at this price…

  • I'm still a fan of plastic copies as can share with mates, trade in later, some extra redeem codes and doesn't take long play the first time compared to 30+gb downloading.
But I still haven't played GTA5 to completion as I don't have a copy yet, only played a few missions with family / friends. One day I'll get it, maybe 2017 ;) …

    • For those looking for PC version, I found this link for $46.17

GTA V is very well made, very funny and in so many ways it's close to the bone on truth. For example, Trevor Phillips is one of the 3 people you can play. Trevor is a psychopath with mummy issues. Sometimes, he is unusually kind, and other times, he's brutal for no reason. This is much closer to reality than I come across in movies, TV and the media. If you read about Ted Bundy (the real life serial killer), he was a bit like that. He even saved lives and worked in charities and murdered people.

I love the funny names of things (eg. the drug you need to find for Trevor's mum is called Deludamol, a spoof of "delude a moll"), or the Share Trading Platform BAWSAQ (ball sack). Almost every name is a spoof of something (FBI is FIB, aka liars/fibbing). There is SO much detail, it's staggering.
