Sidamo region features an extraordinarily wide variety of coffee flavors. Many different grades of coffees are produced, and there can be striking differences in profiles from town to town. Varying soil types, micro climates, and especially the countless heirloom coffee tree varietals contribute to some distinctive flavors
This coffee is especially roasted in a profile that brings out its true fruity flavor.

- Fruity fresh light roast
The medium roast boast rich orange chocolate caramel with hints of berries and exotic fruits, less acidic than the lighter roast. More suitable for milk base but still excellent on non milk base brew. My favorite brew method with this roast is with my beloved Hario pour over.
The fruity fresh light roast brings this coffee to the next level resembling unsweetened blackcurrant juice! It has a pleasant acidic and fruity fresh sensation. Awesome for espresso, cold drip (yup summer is just on the corner guys!!)and all non milk base brew.
Both roasts boast full body, intense and clean cup.
