Apologies if this topic is in the wrong section I wasn't sure where to put it. I have been on ozbargain for a while but never had an account. I have signed up to ask for some advice. A friend of mine discovered what must of been an error on dan murphys website last night where you could purchase a case of Jack Daniels cans (375ml x 24) for $5.99 each (normally $75) . After making this order in which I bought two cases last night. After taking the money from my account and sending me the following tax invoice.

Dan Murphy's today sent me a cancellation email and a refund email with no explanation as to why.
What steps would people usually take in this situation or is there nothing I can do for them to honour this advertised price?

they move on. they are under no obligations to honor price errors , and obvious ones at that.
