I can see how you got 'caught up in the moment/excitement' EC, but IMHO that's a tad selfish…
In placing so many duplicate orders for yourself, not only are you draining the stock so the number of other OzBers who could potentially 'share the joy' is reduced by 5 (assuming one order each), but you're actually also increasing the chances of everyone's orders being cancelled.
May I humbly suggest a bit of considered restraint next time? For example, ordering yourself 1 free case of sparkling water and 1 free $20 decanter, instead of 3 of each?
2 decanters were gifts i.e. you can send them as gifts to your friends
2 water was for me and 1 water was bought as a gift to my mate who couldn't bother opening an account

I think the chance of any free orders getting sent is pretty slim.
Hopefully odds are better for the sparkling mineral waters.
What I can see happening is they will honour cash orders and decline freebie stuff unless they fingers crossed decide combine it with your other orders.

my order disappeared from my account…i called them up they said it was an technical issue and they dishonored all 600+ orders from last night….they will send out emails to everyone tomorrow to inform us about it…
the thing is, i paid from an e-gift card, how are they supposed to refund it back to me…i wonder….

Got email dispatched this morning and another refund email 1 hour ago from paypal .
Same dispatched this morning,refunded a little while ago, no other communication.
And an interesting thing also appears to have happened with the below being added into their t&c's between the 28th and now :

My thoughts are that this was only added so that had something to point us to when we complained, it wasn't actually there when the orders were placed.

If it was "friend of a friend" information, then not much point trying to take this any further
If it was a published/announced code - say via facebook, advertising, print media etc, then plenty of grounds to escalate this to see what the response from CellarMasters is.

My decanter order has disappeared without any notification email. The Corona order had progressed, oh well.
My decanter appears to have shipped. Double checked on Nexday to confirm and is due for delivery next Wednesday!
You might want to check Nexday again…something's funky happened to my order that was also slated for Wednesday.
Order went from 'being shipped' back to 'being hand-packed'. However, I think this is a result of Nexday tracking being down.

Yeah I've ordered the Riedel glasses 2 minutes apart, one managed to slipped through the cracks and trackable on Nexday but another got culled.
Yup, I ordered the Reidel glasses & just got the cancellation message.
Just like the "NO LOVE from LENOVO" incident.

Once again, there should be a way to "OzBoycott" such retailers on this website, or at least to black flag their credentials.

Just got the cancellation email this morning, credit card is still charged, anyone received the refund?
I paid with paypal and got the email but they did not initiate a refund, so I opened a dispute.
I would say they think the $50 offer would be better than a refund (better for them)
i got a cancellation email, but it also included a $50 off $120+ orders.
Check your emails as that makes some 2 slabs of Barossa cider $73 (the handling fee brings it over $120)
3 slabs of Corona would be $113

Thanks tonester, I had both these items in the cart and when i did check out and make payment, it turned out the glasses were sold out. But the $50 discount still applied! Ended up being $43.18 (inc. $1.20 handling fee) for pickup =) Not bad for half price champagne. Potentially, this might mean the $50 voucher does not actually enforce a minimum spend of $120?
