1.This offer is available from 21 January 2010 to the first 30,000 claimants on a first come first served basis, with the calendar being mailed out progressively to claimants after 3 February 2010. The giveaway is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over.
2.To be eligible for your free calendar, we simply ask that you complete the required fields below, and click “SUBSCRIBE”. By doing this you will consent to receiving by email, to the email address you specify, messages, sent by or on behalf of The Stanley Works Pty Ltd from time to time in relation to:
• promotions, sales and special offers (including trade specific offers)
• competitions
• new product information
• newsletters
• invitations to events
• surveys, and
• similar items.
3.You also agree and acknowledge that The Stanley Works reserves the right to send some communications to some subscribers and not others (for example, where promotions are region or trade specific).

5.The calendar is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as or redeemed for cash.
6.Any incomplete, indecipherable or illegible submission will be deemed invalid and ineligible. The Stanley Works is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software resulting from participation in this giveaway.
7.If this giveaway is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated on account of any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Stanley Works, it reserves the right to disqualify any claimant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the giveaway.
8.The Stanley Works’ decision is final on all matters relating to this giveaway and no correspondence will be entered into.
