This particular copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 does not come with the Nuketown map remake or preload, as seen here.

Treyarch (the developer behind Black Ops 3) recently confirmed modding and mapping tools will be coming to the game in march 2016 (closed alpha). This most likely applies to zombies as well, meaning custom zombies maps which pushed me over the edge to purchase it.

This seems to be the cheapest PC copy available to buy, haven't seen it cheaper anywhere else.
