If you only play Fifa then I think Xbox has the exclusive Legend cards in Ultimate Team mode.
There are significant improvements that are only available in the PS4 version of the game, mostly career mode improvements. The PS3 version of FIFA16 is a reskin of FIFA15, FUT draft mode is the only new included feature.

I have a PS3 so been waiting for a Fifa 16 to go cheap. Shame this is only PS4! I don't play the console that much but in two minds whether to actually just buy a PS4 or maybe try something new and get an Xbox! What are people's opinions on the two consoles? I'll mostly be playing Fifa.
