          The difference is like comparing a 1L bottle and a 2L bottle.
          The bigger the number, the more power it can hold.
          At the same time, the bigger the capacity, the longer it takes to fully recharge (refill).

          @mushtato: Depending on the iPhone the battery is about 1400(iPhone 5)-1800(iPhone 6) so that will show roughly how many times you can completely recharge the phone with this pack. Keep in mind there's a small bit of wastage so it should work about 3 recharges of iPhone 5 or 2 of iPhone 6.

      All Xiaomi power banks come with one 10-15cm Micro USB to USB recharge cable.
      You can use it to recharge the power bank using any standard 5.0V USB power source.
      (recommend to use a 5.0V and 2.0A tablet wall charger, as they can recharge a lot faster)
      If you have an Android phone with Micro USB input, you can also use this cable to charge your phone.
      However, due to its length, using your genuine cable might be a better option.

    I just want to add that this is a great powerbank probably the Best powerbank with properly designed electronics with quality components from brand name silicon companies. It's far far ahead of any of the nonsense other companies sell, even the big brands.

    However the top and bottom edges can be quite sharp to plastic or softer materials. It looks like Xiaomi excluded the chamfering process. This can be 'fixed' by purchasing very nice quality cloth felt casing. Please search on Ebay or other Chinese sites.

      Mushtato do you also sell covers (silicone or otherwise) for these. A quick search suggests not.

      Anyone know where I can get it as quickly as I get the battery from mushtato. Ebay doesn't have it neither.

    Rep, I wanted 2x 5000 and 1x 16000 but clicking 2 quantities of the 5000 also adds another 16000. That's one too many. I ended up paying for 5000+16000 and 5000, without 2-5 bulk discount. Paid $3 more than I should. So the cart system could be better in that respect.

    Still a good price, so I'll skip banggood for local deals.

    Bought one of the 10000mAh power banks from Mushtato from the previous deal and I have to say "incredible service" is not a lie - ordered in the wee hours of the morning, received confirmation & shipping notice within 6 hours and had the package by the next day. I'd buy from them again just on that basis.

    Awesome deal yet again. I purchased 2 16000 mAh from them before and they still work perfect. A bit out of topic, I also bought the piston 2 which are really great earphones for the price but they dont work with my Nexus 6P for some reason. I tried other earphones and they work with no issues. Any ideas rep?

        Completely no sound at all. The sound goes to the phone speaker even if the earphones are plugged in.

    I used the piston before on my previous nexus phone and my wife's iphone and it worked perfect. Other earphones work fine with the Nexus 6p. I looked up online and it's not only me having the same issue but no one has gotten any clear answer yet. Maybe this is an isolated case for the xiaomi pistons. Anyway, thanks for your replies, I just wanted to bring this to your attention just in case some of your customers have the same problem.

      Yes, Xiaomi power banks use high quality battery cell from LG/Panasonic/etc.
      They last longer and have actually rated capacity of 16000mAh as advertised.
      The circuit boards are designed with protection from short-circuit, over charge and other hazards.
      The cheap copies have non of those in place.
      Not only they work for few times, there is safety issue.
      It is a big risk to have one of the fake ones at home or inside your bag.

    I bought the 5000mAh version and have tried using it a few times but I must be doing something wrong or the unit I received is performing below specs. After a full charge it can only provide 2200mAh to charge my Samsung S5 from almost empty (I use a metering device to count the mAh), and then the 5000mAh pack had only one light left of power. The next day it will not even charge my Samsung S5 so I believe the power pack only provided 2200mAh instead of 5000mAh or even 4000mAh assuming 80% efficiencies.

    What are your experiences? Does only one recharge of a Samsung S5 sound correct? I would have expected 1.5 charges at least from the new unit. Remember the Samsung battery is 2800mAh from flat and my 5000mAh power pack would not be able to even complete one charge of the mobile.

    Your views would be appreciated.

      Hi d123,

      What sort of metering device are you using? These cheap devices are wildly inaccurate. If it's new, give it a few more cycles it may improve. Try different cables.

      The Samsung S5 has a 2800mAh battery. The Xiaomi has a 5000mAh battery.
      When discharging, voltage from Xiaomi Lithium battery(~3.7v) is converted to ~5.1v though the internal step-up(boost) circuitry in the Xiaomi battery case. This conversion is usually 70-80% efficient, the rest is wasted as heat during the conversion. So a 5000mAh battery is now 80% ~4000mAh at best.

      The 5.1v from Xiaomi enters your mobile phone, it has to be step-down(buck) to roughly ~4.2V by the power/battery management unit. Thankfully this conversion is usually quite efficient at 80-90%. So your Xiaomi is now around ~3600mAh at best.

      On top of power conversion efficiency, there are several reasons why you are not getting full amount of charge, mainly poor electrical connection

      1) dirty usb plug
      2) long cables
      3) thin copper wires in cables
      4) loose usb plug

      Most of the reasons above increases resistance in the electrical path that results in electricity wasted as heat. The higher the charge current the more severe the problems. Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and micro usb isn't the best for transferring large amount of current. You can't just assume that a 5000mAh power bank will be able to recharge a 5000mAh phone 100%. This is impossible due to the reasons I have mentioned.

      Xiaomi has a premium battery in it, how do you think those cheap ebay 50,000,000mAh power bank will perform?
