    Yes, but for 4G only.

    Telstra uses 700, 1800 and more recently the 2600Mhz band.

    It won't work on 3G as it doesn't support the 850Mhz band.

        No, its CAT 4, you need a CAT 6 modem like the E5786 for carrier aggregation.
