  Is this an unofficial port , whats wrong with the mobile website , it is brilliant … Don't see a point in dedicated app for OzB

  It's not just an "unofficial port", it's

  • Violating the OzBargain trademark. I've talked to a few Android/iOS developers in the past. I'm happy for them to take data from OzBargain's feed, but never call their own app "OzBargain" as it would surely cause confusion.

  • It's no more than just a webview wrapped around OzBargain's website. You get exactly the same thing from using our mobile site.

  • It actually puts its own ads at the bottom of the page. So if you are using adblocker on iOS, you could have removed our AdSense ads, but you can't remove the iAd in the app.

  Don't download it. Don't use it.

    and while i hate ads and always recommend using a blocker… doing this is just a filthy scam that is beginning to happen more and more around the net. it is essentially theft (of your income from the ads you display)
