Just bought these Converse shoes at Authentic Factory Outlet (AFO) Harbour Town, Gold Coast.

Expected to pay the marked sale price of $80, but to our surprise they scanned at $30 !

Given these are one of the fancier styles, and we did not see any Converse shoes marked under $50 (plain styles) in the shop, I reckon this is a great score.

Plus spend $120 and get $30 gift card valid till end of January.

      What do you mean? Anyone can walk in and buy them. Heaps of stock on the shelf - and may be a nationwide deal. They scanned the barcode - it wasn't an accidental typo by salesperson.

      They don't seem to have a website with pricing so I can't confirm if these are deliberately on clearance price.

      There are many deals posted on Ozbargain where an item is marked at one price and scans at another.

    I managed to get 2 pairs of Converse there a few weeks back for $30 each, and a pair of airwalks for $10. Can't complain at that!

      Sorry I am not sure where all the AFO stores are located, and if the price is universal or set store by store. Worth going in to check tho, if there is one nearby.

      I know there is only 1 on the Gold Coast, and 2 in Brisbane.

      I used the post code lookup on the Converse website (linked in my deal post) and it shows at least 1 in Sydney:
