Star Wars Battlefront PS4/XB1/PC - $64 @ Target

160

Hey guys,

Target just came out with Star Wars Battlefront for $64. i had a $30 voucher at Harvey Norman, so i price-matched there. Anyway, $64 is a great price being new games in america are normally a standard $59.

it's still $63 in store only (on their catalogue). picked it up on day #1 at that price and got EB to price match.

      • @ Andrew your probably the 6000000th person to say this, games and consoles are sold by a different company thus the price difference.

    • and only $59.85 if combined with cashrewards.com.au 5% discount on woolworths gift card (requires signing up to cash rewards)

      • -2

Its actually better on consoles because PC version has no server browser….

          @tintsurfer:

As a PC Gamer I'd like to distance myself from you, please go stand in the corner… alone.

        • @tintsurfer: It never is in the toy section

5 negs, who has bought the game i wonder, none of you

      • How old are you? How long have you been playing video games?

      • +1

Of course we didn't not paying $60 for a half baked game. Only good things are visuals and performance ..

        Troll-a-lol-a-lol

Can I get 50% off since it's only half a game?

    • sure can

    • The cases don't divide in two very well. Hard to break evenly down the spine. More like 60/40.

ive been playing the 10 hr demo thru the EA subscription. Think 10 hrs will be enough.

  • +7

Not worth getting since does not have campaign. Has 13 maps but are limited to each mode, so not worth it. Feels like similar value as Titanfall, Evolve and upcoming Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

    • +2

No campaign? WHAT@!!@!@ (profanity) that. thanks!

  • Save $1 at bigw.

  • Are these any good offline?

    • -1

      its multiplayer only..

    • +1

      Wave after wave of bots.

    • +3

Not really. Kind of like playing Battlefield with bots…not really worth it.

  • Bought my $69 preorder PC version from JB which has yet still to arrive. :( Could have got it from target for much cheaper and would be playing it right now.

  • Noticed it was $59 at Cosco. So if you have the membership and want to save $4…

    • Is that just the Xbone/PS4 versions? Or is that price for the PC version too?

  • +5

$64 for this then $75 for the season pass… no thanks

  • +1

Does Target actually sell PC games though? The website only lists PS4/Xbone.

I'm curious about this too. I went to Target at Broadway, Sydney this afternoon and the staff said they do not carry the PC version. That said, they did have a PC section with a handful of other titles.

  • Picked this up from Target today. Does any one have feedback on single player gameplay so far? Have PS + for another few weeks but may not renew so want to know if it's worth playing offline.

    • There is no single player

  • Is this still on sale?
