No, not any more man. I just got my Sandisk Ultra 32GB and it's just card by itself.
That's a Sandisk, not a Samsung. You're getting brands confused. Some Samsung EVO Micro SD do come with an adapter. It depends on the model number some models do have it and some don't. Likely this one doesn't come with it.
Example. Here is a photo of two model packs of the Samsung EVO 32GB Micro SD. One comes with the adapter in the package and the other doesn't. It probably depends on which factory that it was made in whether it's the one with the adapter or not.

Must depend on the batch and the factory that it's made in. They may start out with an adapter in early batches but later discontinue it.
@hollykryten: So the answer is no, just got it checked for you. My brother bought Evo 32GB 2 weeks ago for his LG G4 and he confirmed that it didn't come with any adapter.
Oh well that's a shame.
If you really need one you can however buy Micro SD to full size SD adapters from eBay.
