  Done, just ordered. Had to wait for B&H's checkout to work again. Deal is still going at the moment.

  Went to pay via PayPal Checkout, but could not find the usual link to change how the currency conversion is done (PayPal or card provider). In the end I just used my 28 Degrees card.
