    Yeah, this is the cheapest I've seen the game on steam with the Kombat Pack (i.e. the DLC packs adding 4 more characters). I've heard that they want to release another series of DLC packs so I'm gonna wait for the GOTY edition myself.

    If you haven't played an MK game in years, I suggest getting a copy of MK9 (it's actually just called Mortal Kombat… it was a reboot more or less). That game goes over MK 1 to 3 but with changes to certain events. It's quite a fresh, nostalgic trip and can be had for cheap these days.

    I agree that the online is pretty much unplayable, but the offline experience is pretty good.
