It seems like their site is a hit and a miss. I'm guessing perhaps that there is a lot of traffic on their website and their servers can't handle the amount of traffic.
be aware, last i checked, you cannot return items from the online shop to the brick-and-mortar stores. I used to work there. They treat them like separate companies, it's a bit odd..

I think they came to their senses and fixed that problem. I ordered something online a few months ago and managed to return it to a store. I think it actually mentions that you can return items in store on your packing slip.

40% off? It's been a few years since I walked into a cotton on shop, but back then their regular prices were cheaper than whats on offer during this so called "sale." Has the quality increased by 50% or just the prices?

I was in store yesterday and the swim short were $20. The same swim shorts on the website are $24.50 - $29.99 after the 40% sale. As far as I can remember they in-store shorts weren't even sale price. Seem odd.
