The beer deals are getting worse.
…and the scotch deals are getting better. Talisker is good value.
The Stella is mid strength too. The john Boston summer wasn't too shabby, probably the pick of this weak bunch.
There may be a reason for that. From a UK newspaper:

Not sure if at all outlets but Liquorland at Edgecliff, NSW has BOGOF on Stella-6 packs at $19.90. So ends up being slightly (10c) cheaper when buying two 6-packs. Of course, I think a case is only $39 at the moment from Liquorland.
Also Monteith's Crushed Apple or Pear cider $9 for 4pk (was $12.90)
