    Wow $189 is crazy cheap. I got one for $240 about 6 months back and thought that was good going. It seems to be a pretty good mixer but I haven't had anything else before so nothing to compare it with.

        They can't price match it as it is below their cost price.

          I think it will be sent automatically with the Mixer. You do not need to do anything. Breville website says it comes with every BEM820 purchased between 28 Oct to 31 Dec 2015

          @kt71: Just called Breville Promotions and they said the redemption is through the store and not online.
          So she assumed its in the box if the store doesn't know..
          Called JBHIFI and they were unsure how the redemption worked but advised it may be in the box but wouldn't check for me….

      They look to be the same thing. At least same product code BEM820 on the website. twin just mean twin bowls. this seems to come with 'twin bowls" - http://www.breville.com.au/the-scraper-mixer-twintm.html
