          We dispatch daily - all orders before 4pm are usually shipped same day.
          Standard free shipping mostly takes a maximum of 7 days (AusPost).
          Express is usually next day delivery.

          @Cyberninja: Don't worry haha! We get these kind of questions all the time.
          We did a large amount of sales one month, and PayPal decided to freeze our funds - Business Licence, ABN and Registered Business name (along with passports, drivers licence etc) were for some reason not enough to unlock the account, so it sat with our revenue for 6 months until they deemed the account safe to withdraw.
          Now we use Stripe.

          Wow that is insane. And typical. Nearly as idiotic as me getting my account suspended and reported to the US trade department for buying some coffee from an Australian store, and the beans were cuban. Apparently I broke the trade embargo "we" have with Cuba.

    Grabbed a pair for myself. Will probably arrive before my pistons I ordered a month ago and hopefully they are better quality.
    Can I ask the reason for the clearance? Is it to make way for a new model or getting out of the business all together?

      I personally ordered a set of the new Xiaomi hybrid dual driver earphones for testing. Haven't received yet - shipping is taking ages unfortunately.

      My order confirmation mails comes along with a Microsoft warning "This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be.".. Just worried my card details are not in wrong hands…

        Your card details were processed with Stripe under SSL Protection.
        We don't see your details, and neither does our web server (which is on the highly secure Shopify).
        Microsoft must be hostile to our web server - which automatically sends order and shipping notifications (when tasks are complete).

          Hey buddy if it's a different mail providers than the ones you have entered in the SPF records for your domain, Microsoft and a lot of other providers sometimes mark it as spam. It's bad for business because no one ever checks their bloody spam folder! Cheers

        Received it. Pretty awesome shiny and heavy build (one of the earpieces had a tiny bump which I forgave. Those who can't live with it would be unhappy). Not your typical V shaped EQ sound quality which is pretty interesting. Thanks for the deal OP.

    well mine broke after a few minutes of use.

    you know how sometimes when you turn or tilt your head, and they tug in your ear a bit cause the cable gets caught, but they're always still intact?
    well that; except the right earpice broke off the control panel :(

    i've had cable snags countless times with my old $4 logitechs, and never had them break like this.

    bit disappointed really
