N9 Hybrid is now sold out!

Same as the previous deals, been back for a while but no one seems to have posted. Online exclusive, so only available via delivery.

Battery life is great, dongle does a good job, but be aware it may introduce audible distortion over 80-85 dB (deafening), but you have the option of AAC or LDAC without issue. ANC is good, passive isolation average, adaptive ANC has quirks if you have seal issues but can be turned down or off to minimise impact.

Both need a little EQ, and I've linked a good video review for both in previous posts. Transparency mode is excellent and mic quality - particularly via dongle - is also.

I'd probably still recommend the N9 over the Momentum 4, and the N5 is arguably a steal, though compare and contrast with the new Soundpeats H3.

Perks deal also shaves another $10 off.

Bargain audio quality and features for the price, and you can use it with a PC or phone for gaming or low latency work. Enjoy!

      I had XM5, they were worst with teams. Had some compatibility issues with windows.

    Got the N9 with previous deal and it's excellent value. JB stuffed up delivery though, so it took 20+ days to arrive and customer support was really subpar. But anyway, if hunting for headphones, at this price it's a no brainer.

    Anyone using them for work - teams calls or phone calls? How's ANC and sound quality if using them in office meetings? I had XM5's and always had issues with teams.

      Pretty sure there's at least one review on YouTube that covers their functionality in Teams. They are certified and the mic array is very good very dongle, but certification appears to be somewhat nebulous in terms of capabilities for a given headset.

      Noice cancelling isn't great - probably on par or slightly worse than my old XM3s. Definitely worse than my Airpod Pro 2.

      That being said, call quality is great from the feedback I've received on Teams calls. No worse than dedicated headphones with boom mic.

      Sound quality can't be beat at this price.

    Thanks! Really wanted some new headphones after my daughter took my Bose 700s for her year 12 studies. Just closed a BTC long on bybit and hadn’t used the card yet and finally found a reason to do so. Worked well apparently. Cant wait to use these instead of the cheap jbl headphones I bought the kids during Covid.

    Bought these a month ago. Amazing sound quality considering they are Bluetooth. Very comfortable. I use them for listening to music. Battery lasts forever. Have only just charged them for the first time tonight after using them for a few hours most nights (and they arrived with 60 % charge).

    The N9s have been removed from JB's website. Seems odd they would stop selling them considering their only a year old. My pair got delivered today haven't tested them out yet though.
