KL to Auckland Return 31/1-13/2 Cheapest Fare

Hi all,

Looking to book tickets for 2 adults from KL to Auckland return. The date is 31/1 - 13/2. Maximum one stop please. Looked around the flight search sites, but don't see any real good deal that would tempt me to buy right away. Any travel agent in forum can do a deal here? Looking to buy one ASAP. Thanks!

  • Maybe these links will help:

    http://adioso.com/au/KUL-to-AKL-january-31-return-february-1…

    http://www.skyscanner.com.au/transport/flights/kulm/akln/160…

Alternatively maybe do some manual searching on separate airlines with a stopover in SYD, MEL, SIN, OOL or CNS, although you will take a risk in missing the onward flight if your first flight is late.

I once went AKL-OOL on Jetstar and then OOL-KUL on Air Asia and took a massive risk. The Jetstar flight was a little late and I rushed through customs in OOL and then went straight to the AirAsia counter before it closed.

    • yea searched both adioso & skyscanner…but again only overpriced Emirates available…

is it easy to changeover flight in Melbourne & Sydney international terminal?

      • Easy if are not landing at Avalon airport. Tulla airport should be okay.

      • Are your dates flexible?

  • You're going across a 5 hour time zone difference and it's going to take over 11 hours in the air so there will be limited flights that can get you there in a single 19 hour calendar day with one stop. There's only one airline that goes direct from KUL to AKL anyway. Even if you book those emirates flights they don't arrive until 1 pm the next day.

If I were you I would just book this itinerary:

$1750 AUD for 2 adults. Might need another $200 for bags though.

          Sort of, yes, except:
          a) 40% of the cost is airasia
          b) The bonus 10% arrives 5 days later and jetstar flights likely not available then.
