  I got these from Catch before. They were heat-damaged, and half the content had spilled out from many of the tablets.

      response was denial, :

      Some packs may have been exposed to moisture and will appear cosmetically different to others. This will not affect the functionality of the tabs.
      However, as a one off, I have arranged a $15 store credit back to your Catch account

      so water, not heat. The gel cases had holes in them.
