Terms and Conditions
1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. The Gift Certificate is non refundable or exchangeable for cash.
3. The Certificate number must be quoted at time of booking.
4. Services may only be redeemed at one session and any unused value of certificate will be forfeited unless prior arrangement has been made.
5. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, otherwise 50% of the value of the certificate will be forfeited.
6. Failure to attend a previously scheduled appointment will void the certificate.
7. The certificate is valid for 6 months from issue date.
