Smart Watch with Heart Rate Monitor

Looking for my sisters christmas present and have chosen to buy her a smart watch.
Need a good branded watch with a heart rate monitor as she is a P.E.

Thanks in advance.

Nothing over $80 and can be used but in new condition.

    You can get an OK Smart Watch for that price, but you wont find a decent one with a decent heart rate monitor for that price. If she wants quality heart rate readings that are reliable and accurate, you need to increase your budget.

    Fitbit Surge HR or Charge HR

    Both well over $80 though

      Charge HR is not smart watch though. And yes as per my previous point the surge is over $200

        While it's not a true smart watch, it ticks a few of the smart watch boxes:
        It's a computery device
        It charges via a USB cable
        It has a clock
        It can be paired with your phone and vibrate on incoming calls/text messages

    If you're interested in getting the Fitbit Surge (though not a true smart watch), I managed to pick one up tonight for $234.90.
    And you might be able to pick one cheaper using some extra steps.

    I bought $300 worth of Big W gift cards with the 10% off deal for $270.
    Using that gift I bought $300 with of JB Hi-Fi gift cards.
    Went to JB Hi-Fi and got them to price match Telstra shop's $261 price.
    So $261*0.9=$234.90
    And have $39 left on the JB gift cards.

    Others have done extra steps of buying discounted wish gift cards and using those to buy the Big W gift cards. So you might be able to get it down to somewhere around $225 or so.

      You can go further by buying a $50 JB gift card first in JB and get a 20% off voucher (max $20). ;-)
