Anyone know how long it takes to get a refund?? I canceled my order…

    • Why would you have done that?

      • The lady said they cant cancel for security reasons, i told them to send it anyway

        • Where do you live?
I'd happily buy it from you if you're in Adelaide.

        • @scubacoles: sorry mate Im in sydney… I saw some reviews on the phone looks amazing….

    • Maybe a day or two, definitely not instant.

      • They said they cant cancel for security reasons, told them to send it

  • Hello all, anybody order and received their phone?? mine has been shipped it says, how long would it take??
    thanks

    • Well that's pretty shit. I ordered before everyone, still 'waiting for delivery'.

      • Just keep messaging them non stop… they will send it fast…I am still waiting too…

        • When I check from mobile it says 'waiting for delivery'. When i check from my laptop it says 'awaiting shipment' meaning it still has not been sent.
          What does yours say?

          they have terrible customer service

        • @wtigers:

Yeah, have to agree with you, rubbish customer service.

They haven't replied to any messages, I sent one 2 days ago through their website and FB.

        • @millzy: Ye its so bad…. I just opened a paypal case want my money back…never ordering from there again…

  • 20 Days, still hasn't shipped.. Have sent them 4 messages through their site, 1 through FB, and even sent their rep a PM on here, no replies back.

Probably the worst service I have ever seen. I'll give it a few more days then open a Paypal dispute.

    • Same, I also ordered another item from the same seller. The weird thing is the item I ordered latest has been shipped whereas the exact same item I ordered days earlier hasn't been shipped.

      • Raised a Paypal dispute today..

Mine just shipped, but tracking hasn't updated. Will give it a couple days since same thing happened to my other item.

        • Quick update, phone has been shipped with tracking.

        • @suudo:

          Cheers for the update.

          Does the tracking number work?

Mines waiting at the post office.

    • Finally got it. Well packaged.

Wont be buying from them again, shipping was a joke. Rubbish communication.

      • Good phone with cyanogenos installed since its the international model. Long postage but not too bad for the price.

    • Any idea how long it takes to go from "arrived in the country of destination" to being delivered? Mine's been in this state since 22nd January.

"2016-01-21 09:00 The item has arrived in the country of destination"

      • You should have got it by now. I got mine about a week after it landed in Aus.

I got mine last week, I think around the 27th

        • Edit: Got mine on the 25th and it landed in Aus on the 21st. That's only 3 business days..

        • @millzy:
Thanks for the response. I'll check with my post office. It's bizzarre.

        • @borealis: Call Aust post and give them your tracking number. They will be able to track.

Just an FYI that mine came with a perfectly installed plastic screen protector..

The phone had two films, the first with the device info than another which i didn't even notice till later..

The only reason I spotted it was from installation of a tempered glass screen protector. I removed it to get a bit of dust out. When I lifted the glass off the plastic screen protector came off.

Did some research it looks like oneplus initially applied factory installed screen protectors then stopped then started again when the Oneplus Two came out again. They arnt refurbs.

Make sure you take yours off before you install another.

Made the same mistake.. have my tempered glass on the factory one atm.

    • I was wondering if it was some weird glass cutout around the front facing speaker and proximity sensor - thanks for clearing that up!
