Do they need a liquor licence to give away beer?

    • It's a voucher you redeem elsewhere so no.

        It's a voucher for alcohol.

        It has a value.

        • You arent buying the beer though, its a freebie so no.

        • @31mop:

You arent buying the beer though,

No Bing Lee are giving it away.

Just wondering if you need a liquor license if you give away alcohol?

        • @jv:
          Nope. You dont.

  • Is the 15% off collect15 valid for this?

  • I spoke to a staff member via the chat function a few months back and they said if I used the ebay10 code, I wouldn't be able to get 10% back in gift cards when they had the same promo. I would assume this to still be the case? I'd be happy to stand corrected!

    • called bing lee, said usually the ebay10 code wont work if it cant be stacked with another promo, as it works & as terms & conditions dont mention anything shouldn't be a problem getting the 10% gift card, should just generate when order is made, definitely a case to argue if they dont give the 10% voucher on the purchase
