Went to buy some beer at Dan Murphy's online and found they have Carlton Draught Stubbies (Case of 24 - Bottles) for $39.95, its not often it gets below $40. Do a click and collect and get cash back at Pricepal at 4.15%. Makes it $38.29 or $36.63 if you have buddy bonus. Not sure if you can use gift vouchers to get cash back but if you can that saves you about another $2. Not sure how long this price is valid til, before I logged into the site it was $47.95 so probably different prices in different states, im in VIC.

  Don't know about a bargain. If it was $30 maybe. But you can usually get premium imported beer at $39 week in week out at one of the majors.

  these are 375ml, most imported and boutique beers are 330ml …. so even dollar per dollar for a slab, you get 10% more with the 375 ml carlton drafts.

  330ml bottles …… you pay more and get less. I really hate why the australian boutiques beers don't just come in 375 ml.

  At least some of the imported german and czeck beers are 500 ml and work out to be great value $ per ml.

    it's 13.6% more, I'd prefer the 375 or 500ml
    however, beer like this I'd avoid and pay more for better ones
    i.e. BWS has Coopers orginal pale ale for $45 - 375x24

    Because it tastes better, that's my opinion, some may prefer becks or Heineken I don't.
