The Prize
The prize is a trip to Byron Bay for the Winner and the Winner’s Family. In these Terms and Conditions, the “Winner’s Family” means the Winner and his/her spouse or partner and up to two of their children aged 12 or under. If the Winner and his/her spouse or partner wishes to substitute one or two of their children who are over 13 and under 18 years of ages as members of the Winner’s Family to participate in the Prize, these children may participate in the Prize (Alternative Participants) but the additional costs of airfares and accommodation and other expenses they incur as compared to a child aged 12 or under must be borne by the Winner.

The Prize consists of (a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for the Winner and Winner’s Family from the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Ballina Airport; and (b) five (5) nights’ accommodation for the Winner and Winner’s Family at Katz Luxury Accommodation at Byron Bay including return transfers between Ballina airport and Katz Luxury Accommodation at Byron Bay.

Flights, transfers and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. The Prize must be taken between the following dates and are subject to availability:
10/02/16 and 31/05/16; or
16/10/16 and 26/12/16; or
11/01/17 and 31/03/17.

The Prize must be booked by 29/08/16 and completed by 31/03/17. All other costs associated with the Prize, including but not limited to additional costs and expenses for children aged 13 or over, any high season surcharges, additional transfer costs, meals, additional taxes, insurance and other ancillary costs are the Winner’s responsibility, as incurred. All members of the Winner’s Family, including any Alternative Participants, must depart and return at the same time. The Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the Prize Supplier. Any person taking the trip who is aged under 18 years at the date of the trip stay must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The total prize pool value is up to $7,800.00 RRP, depending on the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city.
