Ocean Chef Salmon parcels, strange to see something that is almost real human food (actual nutrients) at half price.

    • Price doesn't look right though.

Ocean Chef Salmon Parcels 280g : $4.99 each

      • +1

Yeah $4/kg for Salmon is a bit too good to be true.

        • The website says is it 29% salmon, the rest of filo pastry.

        • Well of course the seafood industry is rather notorious for er "species substitution" so you never know :p

    • I bought lemon pepper salmon portion which was so salty. Uneatable.

      • *Inedible

Coke is cheaper if you buy 30 cans right now for $16.80 rather than 48 in this deal.

    $5 for DrOetker??
I'm scared to ask what the normal price is in Aus.

    • $7.50

      • That's mental. But, losers gonna lose (points to negs above).

As others have posted, it's overpriced in Aus. Even at $5, there are much better pizzas, and fresh, for $5.50 everyday.

        • It's mental that you think people are losers because they bought a particular pizza.

        • @Diji1: No one ever said anything even remotely of the sort. Up your meds, brah.

    • +2

      Yeah I agree, $5 isn't cheap.
Especially when they can be $1.50 at NQR.

Yeah the price is high in Australia if you're used to European prices, but a true OzBargainer would only ever buy Dr Oetker when it's 50% off.

For those interested, $5 AUD is the about the RRP in some European countries (e.g. 2.50 GBP in the UK, http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/brands/dr_oetker_in_tesco.htm…), but true Eurobarginers would never pay more than about $3 AUD.

On the flipside, at least our Dominoes is reasonably priced.

pizzas are a lot better in UK, I mean even the 1.50pound iceland pizzas are better then mccains http://groceries.iceland.co.uk/frozen-pizza-and-garlic-bread , but yea I agree, takeout is insane, cost like 12pounds for a small pizza at a cafe and we had to tip :/

        • Same in Ireland. Even takeaway pizza is a strange kind of privilege. SO expensive. I figure, its because most (all?) ingredients are imported.

        • @Utopian: Well the imported arguments doesn't work for the UK which grows a ton of it's own food as well as being in the EU with transport connections to it.

        • @Diji1: Then I'm still at square one. Gotta be some reason. Domino's equiv is like $20/large, if you're lucky.

  • Whatever combination coke the sell it still comes to 56-58 cents each can

    • When on special, pretty much yes. Sometimes only down to 60c each.

  • Good price on the Cottee's.
A little tip, you may have to visit another Woolworths than your regular to see the full range.
Flavours available are: Apple & Blackcurrant, Apple & Raspberry, Cola, Fruit Cup, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry, Tropical, Watermelon.

You have posted their catalogue please state where a bargain is…

    • That's not a catalogue, now this is a catalogue.

But back to your question, bloody oath these are bargains! Never to be repeated prices.

Crazy Dragon Dumplings 750g is $7 from what I see.

    Ocean Chef Salmon Parcels 1.25kg 280g $4.99
    Crazy Dragon Dumplings 750g $4.99 $7

  • Where are you see it? If it's not on the catalogue you are seeing it because it hasn't started yet.
