Not a bad sound for its size but iphone not OS3+ compatible the iphone, will only work in flight mode

    • So it doesn't work with the iPhone OS3+?? Or not at all with the iPhone?

      • it'll only work with iphone in flight (offline) mode. Apparently its sensitive to the phone's radio signals.

Hi bargaincrypt, can we have a bargain on the Logitech X240 2.1 Channel Black Speaker System for $39 delivered again please?

  • I've been looking at these for a while, I just need something cheap and battery powered and this satisfies both criteria, nice one!

hmm, placed the order and the confirmation page said "Your Order, Order Number : ##ORDERNO## , has been received at our order desk and is being processed. " I hope it went through ok.

I hope the logitechshop can match fluidtek
$49 for the G13 as they were asking $65
$149 for the G19 as logitechshop were asking $185

Although I think there the same company???

    • +1

Short Answer yes they are, long answer No they are not

they just wont admit it ;)

  • Should definitely change the title of this bargain, as the iPhone is NOT compatible with this model.

  • Actually it does work with the iPhone. It just spits out the incompatible accessory error but it works perfectly.

  • I love the fact that The Helio Sequence's album appears on the little ipod touch there. They're a pretty small indie band from Portland, Oregon. Check it out, it's an amazing album!

  • I still can't buy anything from this shop. I continue to get the same error:
    PDshop.Net Error
ADODB.Recordset Exception: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

but the deals seem to be pretty good.

    • +2

poor negative from me, they offer real bargains and cater for requests from ozbargain

    • +2

Of the recent deals, most are not even posted by the store's rep- bargaincrypt ;)
Ozbargainers are finding the deals and posting them

      • -3

it will reach a point where the entire front page will be logitech shop with each item they may be cheap but surely not every day twice for a saving of $3

        • Where are you getting your info . Cheaper by $3 (i dont think so )
Secondly . like others have said . Ozbargainers have an absolute right to post a good deal when they see it . and some are . your negative is based on no grounds whatsoever .

          • @bargaincrypt: Nice to see 4 posts with the same thing
            http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=Logitech+S1…

33.99 at arc computers hence $1.01 cheaper no bargain here case closed

            • +1

@aussman: You need to reopen your case mate : first . check the conditions . and secondly , which part dont you get about free delivery . - Did you miss that - the same way you missed conditions apply . their price is $38 (with no shipping) .
Good job trying to justify your argument , sadly no one agrees with you ,

              • -1

@bargaincrypt: can walk into arc computers give them my $33.99 and walkl with a brand new logitech s125i so case closed in the works of andrew okeefe "No Deal"
                you are very sensitive

                • @aussman: Im not going to bother with you or your comments , you obviously cannot read conditions , Lets let the Mods decide , from your negative votes i already know what the ozbargainers think of what you said .

                • +1

                  @aussman: @aussman

LOL wth is arc computers? Sounds like some $2 shop hahaha!

Maybe you can walk into arc computer but can everyone else?

Go ahead and waste your time + fuel and buy it from there lol!!!

                  • @neosin: you said it . yep exactly right . ill bet you if it was instore , he will say ahhhh . what use is it without delivery . but anyhow the funniest is , he actually cannot read the conditions . :)

                • @aussman: Please show us all where it is cheaper at ARC . it states $38 without conditions
                  http://www.arc.com.au/pub.php?gid=23376&pid=38490&p=product
                  Here is the link .

                  • +3

                    @bargaincrypt: Thank you for that.

-> Aussman, although it's cheaper according to StaticIce, when you visit the ARC, it is revealed that this is not true.

Walk in price is about $43

Normal price online is about $39 (I don't know if there are any freight charges on top of that) … although if you buy $300 worth of stuff then the price can drop to just under $34.

That said, the only reason left for the negative is that there are more deals this week, than you like. You can report this to the mods, using a report button, but it is not a reason for a negative vote.

                    Revoking your negative now.

        • +1

Aussman can vote negative for it being cheaper for some people.

On the other hand, for people who aren't near the 5 store locations in NSW, free delivery is better.

It is up to Aussman if he/she wants to retract the vote in such a case.

Given that Aussman is not happy about the frequency of posts for this store, though, I don't know if you'll convince Aussman to retract.

          • @SomeGuyOnOzB: It has not been proven that it is cheaper anywhere else yet . i just thought ill state that fact. the link he referes to is here
            http://www.arc.com.au/pub.php?gid=23376&pid=38490&p=product
This product is the cheapest anywhere .

its not cheaper . and also the deal represnts the item deliverd to your door at that price .

            • +1

@bargaincrypt: While the initial reason that Aussman gave is not a reason for a negative, the later reason is valid and applies to some, but not all, members.

For some people it will not be the best deal available and aussman raised that.

Next, okay … it is a "fact" that no one here has "proven" that the item is 100% sure in stock.

However, a store, which mentions having 5 NSW locations, lists a cheaper price. If you want, you could try ringing the store and checking if they have the items in stock or can get it in stock.

              • @SomeGuyOnOzB: i agree , but how is $38 cheaper . how ?

                • +1

@bargaincrypt: I just visited the actual link, instead of just checking StaticIce and if the shop has a physical presence.

Yes, you are right. The walk in price, that was referred to earlier, is actually higher than your store.

I re-read the link and the walk in price is $43.

$38 for online purchases where the total purchase is under $300. (I do not know if they charge freight)

$34 is available, but requires $300+ of purchases and again, there could be freight charges on top of that.

            • +1

@bargaincrypt: Lastly, next time, click on the "report" link under the comment instead of using the contact form.

Clicking on that link, allows you to write a comment on why you are reporting someone's comment/vote.
What you write is posted on a "bulletin board" that the mods have access to.

Most or us mods check the bulletin board when we visit OzBargain. It's the fastest way to get things dealt with.

    • Im sure the Mods will not tolerate Negatives based on nothing , read the rules .

  • +1

Giving a + cos it's cheap with free postage, although the product is ugly as. :D Still I'm sure they work just fine. I already have Bose so don't need or want these speakers but I have seen them at Big W for about $85.

    • Thanking you for your support .
